Rearranging of categories in resume
The categories are not re-arrange-able. I added 5 categories under 'Custom Category' but only to find out that they were not arrange-able as I didn't add those categories as per importance.

A lot of save problem
Also, going back and forth from Edit Profile to Resume page looses tracks of changes.
It's quite difficult to edit profile and go back to résumé, also, I lose my Job Description each time I go back there...
I'd love to head for a premium account, but with those problems and no ability to be sure they'll be fixed, it's difficult to make it worth its valuation.
If all menus look a bit messy with this "web 2.0" look, floating menus and so, we loose focus on what's important.
Small colored squares are really interesting and need to be more… more

Add the ability to export resumes in XML or JSON format
Perhaps through some sort of web API?

Resume-building sucks!
Perhaps I'm nagging for the impossible and most certainly wearing the gown of a spoiled brat, however, the integration of an intuitive date-check app (& auto-thesaurus) would certainly put Resunate over the top against competitors... And brilliance would be undisputed with an email hosting extension to your site offering "professional" suggestions to further perfect the desired image.

Myers-Briggs analysis/suggestions needs to be shown as one of this tool's best functionsq
The suggestions I received on how to present myself better based on my MBTI type was PERFECT. That function delivers real value. Explain the MBTI that aren't familiar with it and give an example of the feedback that will be generated.
Touting how this site generates PDF files is a waste of space. Yawn.
Explain the value of the MBTI as it relates to how you should describe your accomplishments. It is not all obvious what it it or what the benefit is.
I know - spoken like a true ENTJ.

Create a URL for each resume to send out to employers/recruiters.
Since RESUNATE allows me to make so many resumes, I want to be able to have a unique link to each one, to send out to potential employers or references.

Can't edit information in "Objective" box.
Can't edit information in "Objective" box. It just keeps wiping it after I hit "save"

Fix needed-From uploaded resume, drops last word from every job function
Requires detailed re-editing of output, although it looks great as a pdf. Fix this and you'll have a winner!

Rearranging the order of custom categories, education, experiences.
For some reason my education description was moved down to the bottom of my resume and I want to move it right below my objectives. The current resunate format and editing capabilities are preventing me from moving different elements around to where I want, which prevents me from truly having control over my own resume.

Allow import of resume from USAJOBS.gov
Usajobs.gov has a resume builder that can save resumes. It would be great to import these stored resumes to Resunate.

100% Resume Completion? Good Luck.
The "balloon" that appears when you place the cursor near the "completion percentage" indicator doesn't give the user an idea of what the needs to ACTUALLY DO in order to score 100%.
I tried to select one of the items in the balloon in order to get additional information and the damn thing disappeared - completely the opposite of what I expected.
If the site tells me my resume is "92% Complete" and I cannot figure within a minute or so what EXACTLY MUST BE DONE in order to achieve 100% - I begin to wonder what value I am… more

Market locally
Not many people know about company's usage of ATS, so I was thinking that maybe you can donate some time. Hold free seminars at churches, rec centers, libraries, schools, etc. Topics could range from - How to create the perfect resume for the job, interview tips from a HR manager, and so forth. This will result in brand awareness and a tax deduction. If not, perhaps sponsor an event and get recruiters from local staffing agencies to volunteer creating a mutually beneficial relationship. You could even ask students to do some revisions. Inquire with some effective business communications or career… more

Find a new way to bulletize job descriptions from LinkedIn.
When importing content from LinkedIn, Resunate makes a new bullet after every period. If you have abbreviations in your text this will create many bullets unnecessarily. (not a big deal though)

Ability to delete/replace source resumes
I uploaded a replacement resume... and Resunate now creates a resume with both of the uploaded documents. Users need the ability to upload different source resumes, or at least delete the existing ones.

Auto save (or warn me) when I'm working on a resume
When I'm working on a resume and click away (such as to check out the Myers Briggs function or to edit my profile), I lose all my work on my resume if I forgot to save. No warning, no auto save, no nothing. (I lost one of my trial auto focuses as a result of this - but signed up anyway.)

Education for students without degrees (ie working adult students)
Education section is VERY heavily biased against adult working students, for whom their progress toward a degree is an important selling point. Should attempt to parse credit hours toward degrees, upper/lower division if provided, and estimated time of completion. Many of these students have more than one school as well, so less focus on trying to figure out the "alma mater" may be in order.

Color coding vs. shades of green
How about different colors representing quality of match for each line of your resume vs. the current green shades. Much more intuitive feedback and allows you to compare lines from different jobs easier when trying to decide which one to cut to meet space requirements
