Also, going back and forth from Edit Profile to Resume page looses tracks of changes.

It's quite difficult to edit profile and go back to résumé, also, I lose my Job Description each time I go back there...

I'd love to head for a premium account, but with those problems and no ability to be sure they'll be fixed, it's difficult to make it worth its valuation.

If all menus look a bit messy with this "web 2.0" look, floating menus and so, we loose focus on what's important.

Small colored squares are really interesting and need to be more precisely detailed.
A "+" inside telling us we could add more informations, the ability to add sub-informations as a job description.

Ability to add extra text on the résumé, or just pick a font from a 4 or 5 font library would be awesome.

This WYSIWYG interface is amazing, but it suffers the same problems as tools such as an online portfolio company i sometimes consult for about interface.

A v2 will be a huge improvement, but I'm not sure, in my own opinion, for now it's worth paying.

You made a strong tool, you'll be able to make a strong use out of it, with some bugs fixes and slight improvements.

The "balloon" that appears when you place the cursor near the "completion percentage" indicator doesn't give the user an idea of what the needs to ACTUALLY DO in order to score 100%.

I tried to select one of the items in the balloon in order to get additional information and the damn thing disappeared - completely the opposite of what I expected.

If the site tells me my resume is "92% Complete" and I cannot figure within a minute or so what EXACTLY MUST BE DONE in order to achieve 100% - I begin to wonder what value I am getting out of this.

In my case, it was whining about three things:

1. I needed some more details in my education section. SAT scores? GPA? Who knows - it wouldn't tell me, so I stopped caring. I sure am not going to add my GPA or SAT scores - that was 25 years ago.

2. Cannot remember. Must have seemed like a worthless/inappropriate thing to add.

3. Same as #2 above.

See? I cannot remember what the suggestions were because they were vague and I couldn't immediately find out WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. When I can't remember what the suggestions were - it's a good sign that I do not value what it was telling me.

Perhaps it would be a good idea to allow the user to "override" some of the requirement and still get to the 100% level.

Certainly there are some "non-negotiable" items in what is takes to get to 100%, but my refusal to put my SAT score in my resume is not unreasonable and isn't going to torpedo my chances to get a job.

I wanted to get to 100% so that your analysis tools had all the input they needed to give me the best feedback possible. When I couldn't get to that mark, I wondered how much the analysis would be compromised.

Of course I already thought adding my GPA was stupid . Add that to a 92% completion and not knowing/agreeing what I could do to get to 100% - yeah, I'm getting annoyed to the point where I lose whatever "trust" in the site's analysis I might have.

Not many people know about company's usage of ATS, so I was thinking that maybe you can donate some time. Hold free seminars at churches, rec centers, libraries, schools, etc. Topics could range from - How to create the perfect resume for the job, interview tips from a HR manager, and so forth. This will result in brand awareness and a tax deduction. If not, perhaps sponsor an event and get recruiters from local staffing agencies to volunteer creating a mutually beneficial relationship. You could even ask students to do some revisions. Inquire with some effective business communications or career related professors and ask them if they could make it an assignment. Possibilities are endless...
